SHIPPING POLICY

At Micha Creations, every bag is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually crafted, orders require time for preparation before they are shipped. ORDER PROCESSING Please allow approximately 4–5 days for your bag to be handmade and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped from New York, USA using shipping carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected or available for your order. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Micha Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Micha Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery. If you have questions regarding your shipment, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Micha Creations currently ships to the United States and United Kingdom. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
